Meet Our Team

Rachel serves as Co-Owner and Stylist for our salon. She has been doing hair since 2010. For 2 years, she attended York Tech and studied Cosmetology, then took the full program at Empire Beauty School. While attending high school, she devoted her senior project to the "Beehive" hairstyle, a timeless women's updo. Her favorite services include layered cuts and blowouts. She has been happily married to the love of her life, Alex, since 2012. Together, they share a fur-baby named Daisy, who is 12 years old. Rachel loves to be at home while she is not at the salon.

Lauren also serves as a Co-Owner and Stylist. She has been a Cosmetologist since 2005. She has taken advanced haircutting classes, multiple color classes, and has attended numerous hair shows in the area and in NYC. She stays up-to-date with new trends and loves when her clients like to try new things or give her a challenge! Her favorite services are color and updos. Lauren has wanted to be a stylist since she was young and always knew her dream of owning her own salon would come true! She is the Mother of two girls: Ava Katherine and Isabella Nichole. She loves to travel, the Foo Fighters, coffee, and collects Marilyn Monroe memorabilia.

Penny was an integral part of our team and a huge help with starting our salon. She is now retired, but we want to honor her hair career and friendship. Penny began her cosmetology career by graduating from Empire Beauty School in 2010. She was a co-worker of Lauren and Rachel at their previous salon and made the decision to come with them on their new adventure. She has been happily married to her husband, Wayne, since 2005. She is also the mother of Danielle and Nate, as well as a fur-mommy to various pets. She grew up in Hanover and now is living out her "Golden Years" in New Freedom. Penny is a US Army Reserves veteran.
